Scope
These terms apply to everyone who visits https://ferronmedya.com. Continuing to use the site means you accept them. When a service is engaged, a written proposal and the service terms also come into play.

The site is run by Tolga Demir and published under the FERRON brand. Located in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. You can send requests on this subject to info@ferronmedya.com. The site is published on a hosting provider based outside Türkiye.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, image treatments, symbol, wordmark and page design on the site are protected under Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Law number 5846. The rights belong to Tolga Demir and the FERRON brand. Short quotations with attribution are fine. Nothing may be reproduced, republished elsewhere, used commercially or turned into derivative work without permission.
What is not allowed
Sending automated bulk requests, scraping the content, attempting to bypass security measures, loading the service to the point of disruption and using the site to harm third parties are all prohibited. The contact forms are for genuine enquiries only, bulk promotional messages are not accepted.

Blog articles, service descriptions and guides are informational and are not commitments. Price, scope and timing are binding only in the written proposal prepared for you.
